1. Eat Healthy
The first and the most important habit in order to be and stay fit, is the food you are eating! Do not be on a diet, just eat healthy! That is the best habit you can have, to help you not only to look good, but to feel good, too. You can not stay fit if you eat unhealthy, fry and fast food. Remember, fit body is made in the kitchen.
2. Working Out Should Be A Priority
When you wake up, you should plan your day in a way that you have to find that 1 hour for doing your everyday workout routine. This is really important, because working out should be your priority in the daily activities. The coffee, the shopping in the mall, your friends, everyone can wait! You just need to find that hour, work out, and then you can do whatever you want to!
3. Never Rest More Than 3 Days
You should rest one day. If you really have to, make 2 days rest. But never rest more than 3 days. Exercise, even if you only have 15 minutes to do it. A short cardio routine is better than nothing.
4. Don’t Skip The Cardio
Ok, I know it’s boring, but you have to do it. Believe me it is very important in the staying fit process. There is no weight loss without cardio, there are no muscles without cardio, and most important of all, there is not a healthy heart without cardio. So don’t even think about skipping it!

There are days when we can not get to a gym. In case of these situations, It is for the best thing to have some fitness equipment at home, so that you can make the workout routine in the comfort of your own home. Buy an orbitreak, or a treadmill, or you can buy some cheap weights just in case you can not make it to the gym. Any workout is 100 times better than no workout.
6. Exercise When You’re Sore
Don’t even think about skipping a workout, just because your muscles hurt, from the previous workout. You don’t have to do intense weight training when you are in pain, but a light workout will not harm your sore, it may actually help the pain last shorter.
7. Get Sleep
The rest is important, so you should sleep at least 8 hours a day. If you want to have energy for your daily workout activities, make sure you sleep like a baby.
8. Keep Alcohol Drinking To A Minimum
Alcohol is one of the fitness’s worst enemies. So you can have it now and then, but remember alcohol is a pure calorie drink, and it will screw up your workout the day after, because you’ll probably feel tired. So keep the weekends alcohol drinking to a minimum.
9. Give 100% In The Gym
Give it all while you work out. Sweat, cry, be in pain, but don’t give up and give your all 100% and even more!
