GET FIT FOR THE SUMMER WITH THESE EXERCISES
Summer is coming and everyone wants to get fit and be ready for the beach. So to achive that you need a proper diet, good exercises and also a proper rest. Try these exercises and get fit for the summer.
1.Side lowering knees
Sit down and lean on the elbows, bent your knees and lift your legs. Without moving the upper body lower your legs to the side and then repeat on the other side. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.
Lie down on the back with your hands behind the head and lift your chest off the floor. Raise one leg up and turn the waist so that your opposite elbow is close to your knee. Repeat with the other leg. Do 2 sets of 10 reps.
3.Plank with rotation
Head down on your elbows, put your hands together and same with the feet. Squeeze the stomach and turn to one side. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Do 2 sets of 15 reps.
4.Side standing with rotation
Take your position and rotate the waist while droping the elbow down. Do 2 sets of 10 reps on each side.
5.Stepping forward with rotation
Take a stand position with the right foot steped forward and your hands behind the head. Bend your knees while turning the body on the right. Do 2 sets of 10 reps on each side.
