  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Steps to Cook:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls:
    • In the first bowl, place the flour.
    • In the second bowl, place the beaten eggs.
    • In the third bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the pounded chicken breasts in the flour, shaking off any excess.
